Willow Cottage

The Willow Cottage is currently one of two completed cottages located within the private, gated riverfront conservation community called Cold Mountain. The clear waters of the Pigeon River run through the property.

The currently undeveloped 200 acres features the river which is within 300 feet of the cottage. The cottage is located in the heart of the meadow area of Cold Mountain and is within 100 feet of an historic dairy barn (no animals today) and a catfish pond bordered by Willow Trees.

A beautiful activity field for soccer, volleyball or chasing fireflies is 100 feet away as is an apple orchard, small vineyard and raspberry and blackberry patches. (Great for the morning's cereal.) The upper 1/3 of Cold Mountain is mountainous and guests can hike, mountain bike, camp or picnic at 4,000 feet if they wish.
