The Swag

The Swag’s sweeping vistas and warm hospitality are rooted in the soul of the Great Smoky Mountains. Founded in 1982, The Swag joined Relais and Châteaux in 2020 with 18 luxury cabins and suites, and an award-winning restaurant. Perched almost a mile above sea level, the secluded 250-acre mountaintop grounds are located just 40 minutes west of Asheville, but a world away from your day-to-day. From guided hikes to local farm fresh meals, The Swag promises a fully immersive experience that you will cherish for a lifetime.
