Shining Rock's White Pine Cabin

If you want to truly get away and experience a mountain setting but still be close to everything … this remotely located, three story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath log cabin at an elevation of 3,450 ft on 60 acres bordering Shining Rock Wilderness is for you! We provide a lot of the extras so you don't have a lot of extras to pack.

We've been working on trails to walk/hike so you don't even have to leave the property (we've hiked from here to Shining Rock and back), but there are also beautiful hikes a short drive away and we're only 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. You can enjoy peace, quiet and privacy but you're only 20 minutes from the quaint town of Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. There is a gate at the entrance for security and the cabin water comes fresh from a natural spring. Four wheel drive or AWD vehicles are required for the gated gravel drive.
