Enjoy the two acre property. It has a covered pavilion, firepit and fish in our trout pond (charge by the pound) all on our two acre property.

Just a short drive of about 15-20 minutes to Waynesville which has everything you need, Appalachian Trail which crosses over Max Patch is about 15 min.
