The Barn
The Barn is a new, construction. Rustic yet chic, it's walls are lined with locally saw milled wood. The vaulted ceilings are draped with festive, globe lights. With 3000 square feet of open space, options are endless. The Barn comfortably seats 150 guests. There are two new restroom areas. Each handicap accessible. There is a prep kitchen with commercial ice maker, refrigerator, three bay sink, dishwasher and lots of counter space. The exterior of The Barn is also crafted with locally saw milled wood.

The Grounds
The Willow House and Social Barn are situated on rushing Jonathan Creek which runs all the way through Maggie Valley. Our creekside deck is a beautiful, natural setting for both your ceremony or cocktail hour. The covered bridge provides a dramatic backdrop for photos. Imagine the two of you atop our 12 foot waterfall in a private setting just behind The Willow House with family and friends. The natural mountain breeze will take your breath away! And don't forget the Social Barn yard. The ceremony options are endless.

The House
The family home is thoughtfully and tastefully done. The main floor offers a living area with 22 foot ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone, gas fireplace. A well-appointed kitchen opens to a breakfast nook and the back porch overlooking our twelve-foot waterfall. A separate dining area and pool room open to the front porch with lots of seating and a view of our custom water feature and barn. The second floor provides three bedrooms with king beds and a bonus bunk room that sleeps 5-10 additional guests. Two bathroom areas and a loft seating area complete the space.
