This Venue is secluded, yet conveniently located in the beautiful Maggie Valley / Waynesville Area. It is easy access: Only 2 miles from exit 20 off highway 40. (25 minutes from Asheville)

This working farm has been in the Leatherwood family for six generations and over 175 years and has a very rich history, from dairy farming, tobacco farming, raising beef cattle and growing many crops. It still remains a working farm today with cattle and field crops.
Panoramic mountain views surround every venue location. With many venue sites, small and large events are Welcome!
This beautiful 400 acre farm offers many outdoor sites for your wedding or event. There are many fields of dreams, hay fields and pastures. The sky is the limit on outdoor settings. The choice is yours!
The Rolling Roof Barn is the gem of this Appalachian Farmstead. History surrounds you in and around this majestic barn with antique farm equipment, tobacco baskets and more. The atmosphere will take you back in time. The custom lighting adds to the ambiance as the chandelier is one of a kind and the eggs basket lamps, lining the barn walls are one of a kind, also. It is 2400 square feet, seating 100 guests or 150 auditorium style.
We can easily accommodate up to 300 people with our multiple tent sites.
As soon as you pass through the entrance gate, you will feel the serenity of the Farm. You will pass beautiful old trees near the foundation of the old homestead. Adjacent to the Rolling Roof Barn, is another two story barn, still in farm use today. You're sure to see the horses and cows in the green pastures surrounding the barns.
The Barn is perfect for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, showers, birthday parties and all occasions! The beautiful pasture area outside of the barn is ideal for outdoor weddings and gatherings large and small. Areas outside of the barn can accommodate large and small tents easily.
We specialize in decor. We will be glad to help and supply you with the most beautiful decorations for your wedding or special event from silk floral, hay bales, ferns, sashes in all colors, colored mason jars, shepherd's hooks with floral baskets and much more.
The charming Victorian Gazebo is movable and fits perfectly in all settings on the Farm property. It is the perfect centerpiece to enhance your occasion or ceremony. It can stand alone or be embellished with Decor of your choice such as flowing organza material, flower arrangements, ferns, chandelier, etc.
