Smoky Mountain Wellness Festival

The 3rd Annual Smoky Mountain Yoga & Wellness Festival will be June 18-20th, 2027 in Waynesville, celebrating whole-body wellness, the International Day of Yoga, and the Summer Solstice with a weekend of body and mind movement, workshops, fitness classes, sound healing sessions, breathwork, wellness education, entertainment, art and more.

This all-embracing event offers three days of family-friendly activities, vendors, music and fun for everyone. 34 instructors representing nine states and four countries attracted hundreds of festival attendees in 2026, and 2027 promises to be even bigger and brighter.
