For a 20-minute hike, with insanely incredible views, head to Devil’s Courthouse. From the top you can see Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. For an excursion that comes with a special rush, venture to Looking Glass Falls. This 60-foot cascading waterfall will have you in awe. They also have alpacas, mini horses, and more. Have you herd about Sugg Plantation? They are home to a fun farm-ily that is prancing with personality—and eager for a tasty treat too. They have alpacas, cows, and a whole squad of adorable animals. Both farms offer interactive animal experiences and scenic mountain views you won’t find anywhere else.
Mountain Street Dancing
This event is truly a crowd-pleaser and a long running Waynesville tradition. Enjoy live music, performances, and dancing. These events are normally held during the peak of the summer season, but this year they are keeping it cool with their return this fall. Catch the first Mountain Street Dance on September 24.
